Tafjun's PTO powered winches are built in a range of sizes to work with compact tractors or with larger 100+ HP tractors.
Most models can be had with either mechanical or hydraulic controls. Hydraulic models feature a self-contained hydraulic system and electric-over-hydraulic controls, so all you need is a 12V hookup to your tractor's electrical system. For the ultimate in flexibility, add a radio remote control to your hydraulic winch and control off-spooling or pulling from up to 300 feet away.
Standard Tajfun winch features include a chain saw holder, peavey/pickaroon holder, a fold down brush guard, high and low pulleys, tool boxes (EGV45 and up), a removable trailer hitch and 200 ft. of swaged cable (super-smooth, super-supple) w/ three sliders and hook.

Tajfun's EGV-series single drum winches can be operated with compact- to full-sized tractors. The EGV 35A can be operated with as little as 30 HP. The EGV 35A has mechanical controls (rope pull to freewheel the drum or set the brake) and a pulling force of 35kN (3.9 tons-force).
Larger units can be had with either mechanical or electro-hydraulic controls (controllable via a pendant attached to the winch). Optionally, those with hydraulic controls can be fitted with radio remote control. The largest of Tajfun's single-drum winches -- the EGV 105 AHK -- has a pulling force of 100kN (11+ tons-force) and requires a 100+ HP tractor (hydraulic controls standard on the 105).
Tajfun double-drum winches (DGV 2x55 AHK) are available by special order.
Standard equipment includes 200' of swaged cable, three sliders, parallel hook, high and low pulleys, chain saw holder, fold down brush screen and PV or Pickaroon holder, and toolboxes (on EGV45 and up).
AHK models have a self-contained electric-over-hydraulic system which actuates the clutch and brake. These winches also require a 12V power supply from the tractor (the cable drum is still powered by the tractor PTO). Instead of ropes the AHKs are equipped with a control pendant that can easily reach the driver's seat or either side of the tractor. Also available on AHK models: radio remote control and/or power off-spooling. Both options are great when working alone.
