World-leading Joystick-Controlled PTO/3PT Firewood Processor from Tajfun

The RCA 400 JOY TG Firewood Processor will cut logs up to 15-1/2 inches in diameter. All basic machine functions (loading, left and right in-feed control, cutting, splitting, splitting wedge height and position adjustment, etc.) are controlled by way of a joystick -- hence the name "JOY."

The 400 JOY is designed to be driven by your tractor's PTO (35+HP req'd) and to be packed up and mounted on your tractor's 3 PT hitch for easy transport (2800 lb. lift capacity req'd). If you are feeding the processor with the optional RN 3000 Live Deck, the deck can be trailered in tandem behind the processor's trailer hitch.

All machine operations are driven by a self-contained hydraulic system w/ standard oil cooler. The electo-hydraulic controls require a 12V 30A feed from your tractor's electrical system.

• The cutting bar and chain are clutch-driven. Chain runs only when cutting. This saves bar/chain wear and reduces oil consumption

Included in the price of the 400 JOY:

• DM 1511 Log Loader, hydraulically-driven and controlled from the processor operator station
• Optional slewing discharge conveyor with two stage telescopic extension and automatic belt straining. Continuously variable speed control. With the slewing conveyor, you can control the horizontal angle of discharge and increase your productivity.
