OESCO's brusher washer provides a fast, efficient way to clean fruit and vegetables for packing, market or for cider production. All welded steel construction. Nine (9) rows of brushes turning at two speeds (every second brush turns at the same speed). Gear and chain driven. Good cleaning of windfall fruit or field vegetables. Can be run wet for washing or dry for polishing. Built to order in our shop in Conway, MA

Placement:

• Feed from a belt or a roller inspection table
• Output is to a rotary table, conveyor or hopper
• Ideal for washing fruit before passing to your elevator-grinder (Sanifeed or 6-EASY-FEED)

Description:

• All units are 42 inches long
• Choice of 18″ width for 22/28/32″ presses (125 bu/hr) or 24 in. width for 36 in. presses (175 bu/hr)
• Adjustable legs
• Can be operated at up to a 10° angle
• Requires electrical and water hook up
• Options include high pressure manifold, dump chute for bushel boxes and closed drain pan with threaded fitting

Options:

• Width: Choice of 18 or 24 inch brushes
• Steel: All-stainless steel (including drive chain and sprockets).
• Brushes: Choice of soft brushes for gentle washing, brushing and polishing of fresh fruit or vegetables or with stiff brushes for aggressive washing, brushing and polishing of tough skinned fruit or vegetables (e.g. cider apples)
