UV Juice Processing for Smaller Operations

The CiderSure Mini was introduced in 2009, in response to requests for a smaller, lower-cost UV processing unit. Since that time, the 2500 has proven to be a top seller. Like all CiderSure UV Processors, it is very easy to run. You simply hook up the inflow and outflow hoses to the machine and turn the unit on. The machine will run until your juice holding tank is emptied, then turn itself off.

Once the run has completed, you disconnect your hoses, attach two short pieces of hose to your inflow and outflow and drop the other ends into a bucket of cleaning/sanitizing solution. Then you put the machine into wash mode and start the wash cycle. Simple, fast, easy!
